Rekker brushed away some of the tears with his fingers and tried to smile. "I'll do everything I can to stay."

Rekker gave him a kiss before his thoughts turned back to the booze. Bjorn gave him so much reason to try and stay together but in this case Bjorn was the reason he flew off the handle too.

"If you're going to shave me... maybe we should wait to drink?" Bjorn got too trashed too fast for Rekker to want him to start drinking before shaving.
