Rekker smiled faintly when he saw Bjorn but it turned to a sad frown when he saw the tears. The instant response was to hold the Swede close and kiss his head.

"It will be alright." Rekker meant it. Even if he spent time in jail, it would be ok over time. No one died so he wouldn't get put away forever even if they did send him to jail or an institution. Bjorn was right. Rekker felt dirty and now had three days of scruffy growth which he was sure would drive the Swede crazy once he calmed down.

"I missed you." He nuzzled into Bjorn. This was the first time they really spent a lot of time away from each other and this was not how he wanted that to play out. He felt bad about that.
